7ccc7 Terms & Conditions

Access to and use of the 7ccc7 platform is subject to the following eligibility conditions. By registering an account you represent and warrant that you meet all of the following requirements:

• You are at least 21 years of age. This minimum age requirement applies to all users regardless of the jurisdiction from which they access the platform.
• You are accessing the platform voluntarily for personal entertainment purposes only and not on behalf of any third party.
• You are not registered as a self-excluded player on 7ccc7 or on any responsible gaming self-exclusion register applicable to you.
• You are using funds that lawfully belong to you. The use of stolen, fraudulently obtained or unauthorised funds is strictly prohibited and may be reported to the relevant authorities.
• You are not a current employee, director, officer, agent or contractor of 7ccc7, nor an immediate family member or household member of any such person.

To access the full features of the 7ccc7 platform, you must register an account using your Bangladeshi mobile number and a secure password. You agree to provide accurate, current and complete information during registration and to update that information as necessary to keep it accurate. By registering you confirm the following:

• Each player may register only one account. Creating multiple accounts is a violation of these Terms and will result in all accounts being closed and any associated balances being voided.
• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password. 7ccc7 will never ask you for your password via any communication channel.
• You must notify 7ccc7 customer support immediately if you believe your account has been accessed by an unauthorised person. 7ccc7 accepts no liability for losses resulting from unauthorised access where the player has not taken reasonable steps to protect their credentials.
• You must not allow any other person to use your 7ccc7 account. Account sharing is prohibited. All activity conducted from your account is your sole responsibility.
• All personal information you provide to 7ccc7 must be accurate and truthful. Providing false information — including a false name, false date of birth or false contact details — is a material breach of these Terms.

7ccc7 reserves the right to conduct identity verification (KYC) checks at any time during a player's account lifecycle. Players may be required to submit a copy of a valid national identity document, utility bill or other supporting documentation as part of the KYC process. Accounts that fail to complete KYC verification within the specified timeframe may be suspended and withdrawals restricted until verification is complete.

7ccc7 supports deposits and withdrawals in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) via a range of local payment methods. All financial transactions are processed securely and are subject to the following conditions:

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. There is no minimum deposit amount for bKash and Nagad transactions below the platform minimum — any attempted deposit below ৳100 will not be credited.
• Withdrawals are paid to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, subject to available balance and completed wagering requirements on any active bonuses.
• 7ccc7 does not charge fees on deposits or withdrawals. Any fees charged by your mobile wallet provider (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) or bank are outside the control of 7ccc7 and are the player's responsibility.
• All deposits must be made using payment methods registered in your own name. Deposits made using payment methods belonging to third parties are prohibited and may result in account suspension and funds being withheld pending investigation.
• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 30 minutes for bKash and Nagad. Processing times may be extended during periods of high demand or where additional verification is required. 7ccc7 does not guarantee specific processing times.

7ccc7 reserves the right to conduct additional anti-money laundering (AML) checks on any transaction. Transactions that cannot be verified to the satisfaction of 7ccc7's compliance team may be delayed or declined. Players may be required to provide source-of-funds documentation as part of the AML verification process.

7ccc7 offers a range of bonuses and promotions to eligible players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses and free spins. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, as well as any specific terms stated in the applicable promotion:

• Bonus funds and any winnings derived from free spins are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier and any game weighting restrictions will be stated in the specific promotion terms.
• Bonuses are for personal use only and may not be transferred to another player or another account. One bonus per household applies unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms.
• 7ccc7 reserves the right to withdraw, amend or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice, including where there is evidence of bonus abuse or systematic exploitation of promotional terms.
• Welcome bonuses are available to new players on their first qualifying deposit only. A player who closes their account and re-registers is not entitled to receive a welcome bonus for a second time.
• Free spins bonuses are credited to your account in accordance with the applicable promotion schedule. Free spins not used within the stated validity period will expire automatically and cannot be reinstated.
• Depositing solely to claim a bonus and then withdrawing without meeting wagering requirements constitutes bonus abuse. 7ccc7 may void any bonus and associated winnings and close the account where bonus abuse is identified.

Seasonal promotions tied to Bangladesh-specific events — including Eid ul-Fitr, Eid ul-Adha, Pohela Boishakh, Victory Day (December 16), Independence Day (March 26) and BPL cricket season — are offered at the sole discretion of 7ccc7 and are subject to their own specific terms. Players in Dhaka, Chittagong, Sylhet, Rajshahi, Khulna and all other regions of Bangladesh are equally eligible for promotions unless geography-specific restrictions are stated.

7ccc7 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and to providing players with the tools they need to manage their gaming activity. The following responsible gaming measures are available to all registered players:

• Deposit limits: Players may set daily, weekly or monthly deposit limits on their account to control their spending. Deposit limit reductions take effect immediately. Deposit limit increases are subject to a 72-hour cooling-off period before taking effect.
• Session time limits: Players may set limits on the duration of individual gaming sessions. When the session limit is reached, the player will be logged out automatically.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 7ccc7 platform. Any player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct is subject to immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances and, where applicable, reporting to relevant authorities:

• Using automated bots, scripts, software tools or artificial intelligence to interact with any game or service on 7ccc7 in a manner not intended for human players.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate the outcome of any game, including but not limited to chip dumping in poker or card games, or coordinating bets in live dealer games.
• Exploiting any software bug, error, glitch or undocumented feature of the platform or any game to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings derived from an exploited bug or error are void and will be deducted from the player's account.
• Engaging in money laundering, depositing funds of illegal origin, or using the 7ccc7 platform for any financial transaction that violates applicable law.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration, KYC verification or any communication with 7ccc7 customer support or compliance staff.

7ccc7 reserves the right to investigate any account activity that it reasonably suspects may constitute prohibited conduct. During an investigation, affected accounts may be suspended and withdrawals frozen. 7ccc7's decision regarding prohibited conduct is final and binding.

7ccc7 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• The player has breached any provision of these Terms, including but not limited to the eligibility requirements, the prohibited conduct provisions or the account registration obligations.
• 7ccc7 is required to suspend or close the account as part of its obligations under applicable law, including anti-money laundering regulations or fraud prevention requirements.
• The player has requested permanent self-exclusion or account closure through the responsible gaming tools available in their account settings or by contacting customer support.
• 7ccc7 has reasonable grounds to believe that the account is being used for fraudulent purposes, that the account holder's identity has been misrepresented, or that continued operation of the account poses a legal or regulatory risk to the platform.

All content available on the 7ccc7 platform — including but not limited to the 7ccc7 brand name, logo, website design, software, text, graphics, images, icons, audio clips and game content — is the property of 7ccc7 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. No content may be reproduced, distributed, modified, publicly displayed or used to create derivative works without the prior written consent of 7ccc7.

Game content provided by third-party providers including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, Spribe, Ezugi and Microgaming remains the intellectual property of those respective providers. 7ccc7 is licensed to make this content available to players on the platform but does not claim ownership of third-party game content.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 7ccc7 excludes all liability for the following categories of loss or damage, whether arising in contract, tort, negligence or otherwise:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, business or anticipated savings, whether direct or indirect, resulting from your use of or inability to use the 7ccc7 platform.
• Any interruption, suspension or termination of the platform or any game arising from technical failures, server downtime, maintenance windows or events outside 7ccc7's reasonable control, including power outages, telecommunications failures or acts of God.
• Losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to take reasonable steps to protect your login credentials, including by sharing your password with a third party.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits 7ccc7's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other category of liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law. Gaming involves financial risk. Players should only gamble with funds they can afford to lose. 7ccc7 accepts no responsibility for financial losses incurred through gaming activity on the platform.

7ccc7 collects, processes and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy. By registering an account on 7ccc7, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy forms part of these Terms and is incorporated by reference.

7ccc7 uses 256-bit SSL encryption to protect all data transmitted between your device and the 7ccc7 servers. Player personal data is never sold to third parties. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to remain informed of any updates.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which 7ccc7 operates. Players are responsible for ensuring that their use of the 7ccc7 platform complies with all laws applicable in their own jurisdiction, including the jurisdiction of Bangladesh.

If you have a complaint or dispute relating to your 7ccc7 account, your first step should be to contact 7ccc7 customer support, who will attempt to resolve the matter promptly and fairly. All complaints should be submitted in writing via the contact methods available in your account dashboard. 7ccc7 aims to acknowledge all complaints within 24 hours Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6) and to provide a substantive response within 5 business days.
